Whether you are looking for a quick diagnostic or a comprehensive programme, we have an approach that fits your organisation and your question.
Network Scan
Do you know where and why collaboration in your organisation breaks down? A Network Scan makes the informal connections between people and teams visible — so you don’t have to guess.
Using a short survey (10–15 minutes per employee), we map how knowledge and collaboration really flow. Within a few weeks you receive a clear report and a network visualisation showing who the key connectors are, where bottlenecks exist, and what that means for your organisation. A Network Scan is a low-threshold first step towards a better understanding of collaboration in your organisation.
- Scoped research design tailored to your question
- Short survey for employees (10–15 minutes)
- Network visualisation of information and collaboration flows
- Clear written report with findings and recommendations
- Personal debrief to discuss the results together
What you receive
- Visual network map of collaboration and information flows
- Key connectors and bottlenecks identified
- Concise written report with findings and recommendations
- Debrief session to discuss the results
In-depth Network Analysis
Some organisational questions require more than a quick scan. If you want to understand how collaboration, knowledge sharing, or innovation is structurally hampered — and what you can do about it — an in-depth network analysis provides the most complete answer.
We guide the entire process: from scoping your question to presenting the findings to your board or management team. Employees complete a short questionnaire; we handle the analysis, the visualisations, and a concrete advisory report. You don’t need to be a researcher to understand or use the results.
- Research design tailored to your question
- Short questionnaire for employees (10–15 minutes)
- Anonymous and secure processing of all data
- Analysis of collaboration patterns, knowledge flows, and key connectors
- Visual network maps and a clear advisory report
- Presentation of findings to board or management team
- Individual network reports per employee (optional, recommended)
Five-phase approach
- 1 Intake and research question
- 2 Research design and questionnaire
- 3 Data collection and processing
- 4 Analysis and visualisation
- 5 Advisory report and follow-up
Network Monitoring
A one-off measurement tells you how your organisation looks right now. But what if you want to know whether a reorganisation, a merger, or a new collaboration initiative is actually making a difference? Network Monitoring gives you that answer.
After an initial measurement, we conduct short follow-up measurements at regular intervals — quarterly or bi-annually. This shows you exactly how collaboration patterns develop, which bottlenecks disappear and which emerge. Each round produces a clear report comparing results against the previous measurement and providing concrete recommendations for the next step.
- Baseline measurement and benchmark
- Periodic follow-up measurements (quarterly or bi-annual)
- Trend analysis across measurement rounds
- Progress reports with recommendations
What is tracked
- Changes in collaboration density and reach
- Emerging or dissolving bottlenecks
- Effect of reorganisations or interventions
- Development of key connectors over time
Personalised Network Report
Network analysis gives organisations insight into how collaboration works. But what if every employee also knew their own position within it?
A Personalised Network Report gives each participant an individual picture: who do I collaborate with, where do I act as a bridge between teams, and where might I be too dependent on a small number of contacts? The report is visual, accessible, and immediately actionable — without the recipient needing any knowledge of network science.
Reports are generated from the same data as the organisation-wide research and can be distributed to all employees or a selected group of managers. We recommend pairing distribution with a group session, so the insights truly land.
- Personal insight based on organisation-wide network data
- Visual map of your own collaboration connections
- Insight into your bridge roles, strong connections, and blind spots
- Concrete tips to strengthen your network
What each report includes
- Visualisation of your personal network
- Overview of your bridge roles and key connections
- Insight into strong connections and potential blind spots
- Concrete recommendations for network development
Workshops
Many people don’t know how their own organisation really works: which informal connections exist, who the real connectors are, and why some collaboration runs smoothly while other collaboration doesn’t. Our workshops make that visible, in a way that feels immediately recognisable.
We offer two formats. The morning or afternoon workshop is hands-on: participants explore network concepts using their own organisation and leave with concrete insights about their own collaboration patterns. The Lunch & Learn session (60–90 minutes) is an accessible introduction for teams or departments who want to understand what network analysis is and what it can mean for them. No prior knowledge required.
- Morning or afternoon workshop, or a Lunch & Learn of 60–90 minutes
- Online or on-site
- Tailored to your question and audience
- No prior knowledge required
Available formats
Morning or afternoon workshop: hands-on exploration of your organisation's network
Lunch & Learn: accessible introduction to network analysis (60–90 min)
Topics: collaboration, innovation, hybrid working, and leadership
Innovation & Development Programmes
Innovation rarely fails because of a lack of ideas — it fails because the right people are not in contact with each other. Our Innovation & Development Programmes are grounded in insights from network research: we know where knowledge exchange breaks down, which connections are missing, and how to change that.
On that basis, we design a custom programme together with your team — with targeted interventions that fit the specific dynamics of your organisation. We track progress throughout the programme, so you can see what actually changes.
- Based on insights from network research
- Analysis of where knowledge exchange breaks down
- Interventions tailored and designed with your team
- Progress measurement to see what changes
Programme elements
- Insight into where knowledge exchange and innovation stall
- Identification of untapped potential in your organisation
- Targeted interventions developed together with your team
- Follow-up measurement to assess the effect
