Organizational Network Analysis
An in-depth analysis of the informal networks within your organization, from data collection to a tailored advisory report.
Some organizational questions require more than a quick scan. If you want to understand how collaboration, knowledge sharing, or innovation is structurally hampered (and what you can do about it), an in-depth network analysis provides the most complete answer.
We guide the entire process: from scoping your question to presenting the findings to your board or management team. Employees complete a short questionnaire; we handle the analysis, the visualizations, and a concrete advisory report. You don’t need to be a researcher to understand or use the results.
What happens to your employees’ answers? Answers are processed confidentially and pseudonymized early. By default we look at patterns, not individuals. If you opt for reporting by name, participants are told before they take part, so everyone knows what happens to their answers. Read more about privacy & integrity.
