Organizational Network Analysis

An in-depth analysis of the informal networks within your organization, from data collection to a tailored advisory report.

Some organizational questions require more than a quick scan. If you want to understand how collaboration, knowledge sharing, or innovation is structurally hampered (and what you can do about it), an in-depth network analysis provides the most complete answer.

We guide the entire process: from scoping your question to presenting the findings to your board or management team. Employees complete a short questionnaire; we handle the analysis, the visualizations, and a concrete advisory report. You don’t need to be a researcher to understand or use the results.

What happens to your employees’ answers? You choose the level of identifiability that fits your goal: from a fully anonymous picture at the level of patterns and teams to a report by name, for example to identify key figures and connectors. Answers are always processed confidentially and pseudonymized early, and with reporting by name participants are informed before they take part. Read more about privacy & integrity.

  • Research design tailored to your question
  • Short questionnaire for employees (10–15 minutes)
  • Confidential processing; you choose the level of identifiability, from anonymous to by name
  • Analysis of collaboration patterns, knowledge flows, and key connectors
  • Visual network maps and a clear advisory report
  • Presentation of findings to board or management team
  • Individual network reports per employee (optional, recommended)
