Where the Personalized Network Report zooms in on the individual employee, the Team & Department Report shows how entire groups collaborate: a team, a department, a business unit, or the whole organization.
The report reveals how a group is connected internally, where collaboration with other groups runs smoothly or stalls, and how that develops over time. By default we report at the group level, with a minimum group size so that small groups cannot be traced back to individuals. Whether reporting is at group level or by name is something your organization decides in advance; participants know before they take part where they stand.
The Team & Department Report is an add-on to a network measurement (Network Scan, Organizational Network Analysis, or Network Monitoring): it draws on the same data and is not available as a standalone service.
